My friend and I were looking for a quick lunch since we while we are visiting Paris. For the past week, her and I tried to find some good authentic tasting vietnamese food. We did try a few, but none of tasted quiet right. When I almost gave up looking i saw this little hole in the wall place. And hands down, one of the best tasting banh mi I've had. The lady was nice to add more spiciness to mine, since I told her I like spicy food. The chicken in the sandwich was almost a melt in your mouth moment. I'll definitely be returning here before I leave.

Loved this place. Super tiny hole in the wall in the neighborhood where we stayed. The bahn mi's were great and affordable - got the pork caramel (like a bbq) both times. The owner is really nice and speaks both French and English.
Highly recommend for a lunch spot -

It didn't feel right to leave Paris without trying a Vietnamese sandwich with an real French baguette! If I had more time, I'd definitely explore more of the Vietnamese cuisine in Paris but a banh mi was a must at the very least! This shop was one of the more well reviewed in the area so made a trip on one of our last few days in Paris. It's VERY small so expect to take our to go or expect a squeeze.
My friend and I ended up getting a pâte banh mi and a chicken plate to share. Neither was anything super special - the sandwich didn't have enough pâte spread nor did it have any of the pickled veggies that I usually enjoy - but both were tasty enough! Baguette for the banh mi was, as expected, solid. The iced coffee, while 5ish euros (?!?) was EXTREMELY yummy!!
If you're a little tired of French cuisine, give this place a shot! -

There are so many places that I yet need to review from my Paris trip but here's one to start. I was very impressed with this restaurant. I was also very happy to have been referred here. We ordered 3 different types of Bahn mi to try: chicken, pork belly and beef. All 3 of them were great but my personal favorite was the pork belly. Our waiter spoke some English but the menu was easy to figure out.

My boyfriend and I are Vietnamese and we wanted to try Banh Mi in Paris since their baguettes are much better than in the US. We came here and were surprised at how many people there were!
They had run out of the grilled pork, which is fine. So we ordered the pork roll and the special Banh Mi. The Banh Mi was crispy, maybe a little too crispy (we heard one of the girls saying she burnt the bread lol) but it was a solid Banh Mi and hit the spot! It was garnished with pickled veggies and was pretty good. I would come back. Maybe add more meat to veggie ratio!
